Lake Superior Winter

Ice will be in soon, there are very few days to get images of surf with a snowy shoreline. The contrast of this black, rocky shoreline with some of the oldest geology in North America covered in snow really brings out the blues of Lake Superior. This almost unbelievable blue appears in a split second when the surf breaks close to shore. These images are out of the camera raw, in untouched form.
