This picture was taken at my grandfather's house in Gay, Michigan. Those were happy times that to this day give me pleasant memories.
Of course at that age I did not appreciate the natural wonders that surrounded me.
Does anyone remember the little drinking cup that hung from a water valve along the Gay road, between Gay and Lac La Belle? I remember my dad stopping there and all us taking a drink out of that tin cup.
After we each had a drink we put the tin cup back and left.
