To answer the first question this is not an albino.... these type are called "Piebald" deer.

This picture was taken at my camp in Sedar Bay..... which is near Calumet..... I have seen it a couple of times this spring...... they have been feeding deer in Sedar Bay so that's why it has been around the same place....
