Lucy "Lou" CONDON (daughter of John & Julia [Rogan] CONDON), was born on 30 March 1902 in Osceola Township, Houghton County MI. She married Houghton Co. native Douglas Houghton TRANGMAR on 1 Jan 1930 in Hancock. Their first child, a daughter, was born in Hancock in 1931. Some time between then and 1933, they left the area and settled in Waukegan, Illinois. They raised their two daughters in their home on the upper floor of a 2-flat on Grove Avenue in Waukegan, where Douglas & Lou would reside for the rest of their lives. They had 7 grandchildren. Lou passed away on 11 May 1979, and Douglas followed on 15 Sept 1980. They are buried at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville, Lake County IL.
