I still miss the ore dock with the 'Home of NMU' sign on it! Just living in the past, i know.....

Me too, kinda ... but OTOH it *was* rather ugly.
They're making amazing improvements to Marquette, including some ritzy developments where the old abandoned tank farm was by the lower harbor. Should be a site/sight to see.
